The new  method of Intrauterine TuboPeritoneal Insemination (IUTPI) is performed with the innovated Double Nut Bivalve Speculum designed by Dr Leonidas Mamas (DNB or Mamas Speculum), with which any leaking of the inseminate is avoided.
